Small And Large Orders

As niche Barramundi farmers we can focus on producing quality Queensland barramundi. We can cater to distributors who want small orders but we also have capacity for large scale orders. We supply plate size, whole fish (gut, gilled and scaled) and fillets with skin on or skin off. Due to the high demand from head chefs we offer our barramundi fillets direct to local restaurants, please contact us for custom orders.

Supporting The Eco System

We currently have 2 farms with 12 ponds each all utilising 100% recycled water. The header pond recylces the water and holds it before being gravity fed back into the ponds where the fish are growing. Its a natural process, that is a giant loop and supports many eco systems in the process. Our nursery is where we raise the fingerlings. We have 60 fingerling tanks utilizing a bio-filter, UV and Ozone treatment to sterilise the water.

QUESTION: DOES THE FISH ARRIVE FROZEN OR CHILLED?

BARRAMUNDI GARDENS:  Both! Our Barramundi Gold fish is supplied both chilled and frozen. Whole fish is transported chilled in 20 kg stryofoam chiller boxes. Whilst our fillets and plate sized gut, gilled and scaled barramundi can be supplied fresh or frozen depending on our customers requirements.

QUESTION: DO I NEED TO ORDER A WHOLE BOX?

BARRAMUNDI GARDENS: Half boxes (minimum 10kg) orders are available to local (north Queensland) customers only. Due to the freight component most orders are 20kg minimum quantity. Please contact us so we can give you specific order quantities for your area.
